Why Yoga

Yoga is a holistic practice based out on the overall body’s well being. Unlike, what has been popularized where Yoga is merely focused on the body with Asanas practice. Yoga is much more than that as it focuses on mind, body and spirit aspect of a human being.

Hence, the question should be phrased as “Why not Yoga” . It is a way of living where it combines all the aspects of a being and become an integrated progressive individual who not only serves them as an individual, but for the greater good of society.

I have seen students/friends transform their life’s simply practicing yoga and how all of them are radiating and becoming an icon to attract positivity with living life with that energy and thus radiate to change the world around them.

Using ancient Himalayan Yog-vedantic traditions of Yoga, i use the following tools/techniques for my students/friends:-

Why NLP ?

NLP is simply by means which one can be a model of excellence.

We are always conditioned to think about a topic or about someone a certain way. Most of it comes with conditioning and the way we are raised and exposed to which conditions us to think in a certain way.

With NLP tools, we get to the core of the issue and address them with techniques.

We unpack what someone does that isn’t working so well, the structure of how someone is creating a problem for themselves maybe and break it so that they can’t do their problem anymore or give them a new way of doing things that plays out better.

Yoga + NLP

With unpacking some of the patterns and conditioning (Mind) by using NLP, we get to the next step of enhancing those negative with positive by affirming them to our root level (emotionally-Soul).

Re-establishing all of them positively by using the Yogic technique and address them mentally + Physically + soulfull.
